working principle
Working principle ofTP526 Solidification point and Pour Point Tester
When the sample is packed in a specified test tube and cooled to the expected temperature, the push rod motor tilts the tilting rack to 45 degrees. After one minute, the high-precision light sensor detection technology is used to detect whether the liquid level condenses according to the reflection principle of light.

Precautions
1. If the pour point meter is found to have obvious faults, the manufacturer should be contacted in time. Users are prohibited from opening it for repair.
2. If the pour point meter has no display after being turned on, check whether the fuse at the three-core power cord interface behind the instrument is intact. If the fuse is broken, the fuse should be replaced.
3. If the pour point meter fails, the power supply should be cut off immediately. After the cold tank of the instrument returns to normal temperature, ask professionals to inspect and eliminate the fault before continuing to use it to prevent accidents.
