Features
- 01 The functions of constant temperature magnetic stirrer, electric stirrer and constant temperature heating are integrated into one, and each function can be performed simultaneously, saving the labor intensity of the experimenters, and there is no need to heat and shake the sample by hand.
- 02 24-bit A/D signal acquisition, high measurement precision, accuracy and reliability.
- 03 The petroleum product water-soluble acid and alkali tester is equipped with a pH analyzer and Chinese menu operation, which is easy to understand and quick and convenient to operate.
working principle
Working principle of water-soluble acid and alkali tester TP656
- Water soluble acid and alkali tester is a Laboratory oil analyzer, petroleum product water-soluble acid and alkali tester are designed according to the requirements of standard GB/T259-1988 “Determination of water-soluble acid and alkali in petroleum products”.
- The pH value of the extracted liquid can be obtained by pH analysis. It mainly consists of a pH analyzer and a constant temperature stirring table.

- Precautions
1. Light petroleum products, such as gasoline and solvent oil, are not heated.
2. For petroleum products with a kinematic viscosity of more than 75 mm2/s at 50°C, they should be mixed with 50 mL of gasoline at room temperature in advance, and then 50 mL of distilled water heated to (50-60)°C should be added. When testing grease, paraffin, ozokerite and wax-containing components, take 50 g of pre-melted sample and weigh it to 0.01 g. Place it in a conical flask, then inject 50 mL of distilled water and boil until it is completely melted. After cooling to room temperature, carefully pour the lower water layer into a funnel with filter paper and filter it into a conical flask.
