working principle
Working principle of theKinematic Viscosity Tester TP6251
- The sample was loaded into a capillary viscometer and the water bath was heated to a set temperature and kept constant. Place a suitable capillary viscometer in a temperature-adjusted thermostatic bath and let it stand still. Measuring the time for a certain volume of liquid to flow through a glass capillary viscometer under gravity. The product of the capillary constant of the viscometer and the flow time is the kinematic viscosity of the liquid measured at this temperature. The product of the kinematic viscosity at this temperature and the density of the liquid at the same temperature is the dynamic viscosity at this temperature.

Precautions
1. Avoid violent vibration when using or transporting the automatic kinematic viscosity tester.
2. Before using the automatic kinematic viscosity tester, first connect all the connecting wires completely.
3. If any abnormality is found during the use of the kinematic viscosity tester, the power supply should be cut off immediately.
4. Before controlling the temperature, make sure that the oil bath in the oil bath box is kept near the scale line.
5. When doing experiments with high temperatures, be careful not to touch the oil bath or observation window directly with your hands to prevent burns.
