working principle
Working principle of gas chromatograph TP101
- The difference in adsorption properties of substances is used to realize the separation of mixtures. After the sample to be analyzed is gasified in the gasification chamber, nitrogen is brought into the chromatographic column, which contains a solid stationary phase. Each component in the sample tends to form a allocation or adsorption equilibrium between the mobile phase and the stationary phase. With the flow of the carrier gas, the sample components are repeatedly allocated or adsorbed/desorbed during the movement. The components with large concentration allocated in the carrier gas first flow out of the chromatographic column, and the components with large concentration allocated in the stationary phase flow out later. The components flow out of the chromatographic column and then entered the detector to be measured.
