Working principle of open flash point tester TP612
- Open Flash Point Tester is a Laboratory oil analyzer, fully automatic open-mouth flash point tester Under the conditions specified in the national standard GB/T 3536, the sample is placed in the test cup, the test cup containing the test oil is heated, and the temperature of the mixed synthetic gas formed by the generated petroleum vapor and the surrounding air when it flashes when in contact with the flame is taken as the flash point.
- The open-mouth flash point tester controls the heater according to the collected temperature changes, so that the test oil temperature rises at a certain rate. When the flash fire is detected, the open-mouth flash point tester stops data collection, displays the flash fire temperature and prints the record results, stops heating, and the test arm automatically rises, and the experiment ends.

Precautions
1. The open-mouth flash point tester should be used in a non-corrosive environment. When replacing the sample, the oil cup must be cleaned.
2. When not in use, the open-mouth flash point tester should be placed in an environment with a temperature of 10-40°C, relative humidity below 80, and no corrosive gases and harmful substances in the air.
3. When doing the test, the open-mouth flash point tester should be placed in a fume hood that can control the air flow independently.
4. If too much sample is injected into the sample cup, it can be removed with a pipette or other appropriate tools; if the sample sticks to the outside of the flash point tester, the sample should be poured out, the sample cup should be cleaned, and the sample should be refilled.
5. Check for leaks before the experiment.
6. There should be experimenters in the flash point and ignition point test laboratories for real-time monitoring.
