working principle/ PRINCIPLE
Working principle of closed cup flash point tester TP611
Closed cup flash point tester is a Laboratory oil analyzer , under the conditions specified in national standard GB/T 261, puts the sample into the test cup, heats the test cup containing the test oil, and the lowest temperature of the condensed synthetic gas formed by the generated petroleum vapor and the surrounding air when it contacts the flame and flashes are taken as the flash point. The instrument controls the heater according to the collected temperature changes so that the temperature of the test oil rises at a certain rate. When the flash is detected, the instrument stops data collection, displays the flash temperature and prints the record results, stops heating, and the test arm automatically rises, and the experiment ends.

Precautions
1. The closed-cup flash point tester should be used in a non-corrosive environment. When replacing the sample, the oil cup must be cleaned.
2. When not in use, the closed cup flash point tester should be placed in an environment with a temperature of 10-40°C, relative humidity below 80, and no corrosive gases and harmful substances in the air.
3. When doing the test, the closed cup flash point tester should be placed in a fume hood that can control the air flow independently.
4. If too much sample is injected into the sample cup, it can be removed with a pipette or other appropriate tools; if the sample sticks to the outside of the instrument, the sample should be poured out, the sample cup should be cleaned, and the sample should be refilled.
5. Before the experiment, it is necessary to make sure there is no leakage.
