working principle
Working principle of theDensity Tester TP655
- Under the conditions specified in the national standard GB/T 1884-2000, load the sample into the densitometery measuring cylinder, heat the water bath to the specified temperature (heating to 20°C at 101.325 kPa), and keep it constant. Place a suitable densitometer in a temperature-adjusted thermostatic bath and let it stand still. When the temperature reaches equilibrium, the densitometer scale reading and the sample temperature are read, and the test is finished.

Precautions
1. The glass cylinder of the petroleum density tester must be filled with water before it can be energized.
2. The power supply of the petroleum density tester should have a good grounding environment.
3. When adding water to the bathtub, it cannot be filled, and the water surface shall not overflow after being placed in the graduated cylinder.
4. When the petroleum density meter of the petroleum density analyzer is stationary and floats freely away from the wall of the density measuring cylinder, the point where the edge of the meniscus of the sample is tangent to the scale of the petroleum density meter is the petroleum density counting value
