working principle
Working principle of conductivity monitor TP121
The principle of conductivity measurement is to place two parallel plates (or cylindrical electrodes) with a fixed distance L in the solution to be tested, and apply a certain potential to both ends of the plates (usually a sinusoidal voltage with a frequency of 1 kHz to 3kHz to avoid electrolysis of the solution). Then the conductivity between the plates is measured by a conductivity meter. The conductivity analyzer is an online water quality monitor .

Precautions
1. Choose the electrode according to the water sample to be tested.
2. When the conductivity cell is installed in a new piping system, it is recommended to conduct the first inspection after a few days of operation. Observe whether there is oil, rust, precipitation, etc. on the electrode and the conductivity cell. If there is, clean it in time.
3. Improper use of electrodes often causes abnormal operation of the instrument.
