working principle
Working principle of automatic acid value tester TP532
- This method uses toluene-isopropanol reagent to extract the acidic components in the sample, and then titrates with potassium hydroxide-ethanol standard solution. When the end point is reached, the indicator in the extract changes from yellow to green.

Precautions
1. The automatic acid value tester should be used on a flat, clean, dust-free table.
2. After the test, seal the neutralizing liquid to prevent deterioration.
3. Avoid direct sunlight and reduce temperature fluctuations to improve the test accuracy of the instrument.
4. When not in use for a long time, keep the peristaltic pump tube clamp open to prevent the acid value pump tube from being squeezed and deformed for a long time.
5. The automatic acid value tester should be cleaned and maintained in time after testing.
